Our Talent Development and Industry Readiness Program equips final-year students and recent graduates with the skills top employers demand across banks, regulators, consulting firms, and financial institutions.
Live virtual or in-person classes covering core concepts: Basel, IFRS9, credit risk, data analysis, and regulatory tools. Delivered by practitioners from BST.
Students work on actual case studies or simulations using real regulatory templates, credit scoring models, or reporting dashboards. Includes assignments and teamwork.
Each participant receives personalized review and feedback from BST mentors, including improvements, audit notes, and presentation tips.
Upon successful participation and project submission, students receive a BST-issued certificate with practical proof of skill readiness.
